Officer - ATM & Card Operations

Job Description / Responsibility

• Should have knowledge new ATM Installation & call management system

• To undertake operation of central monitoring system ATM & DVR on rotating 24-hour shift pattern

• Will be responsible for making sure all ATM & DVR are in order

• Shall watch carefully over the central monitoring system & report instantly to the supervisor about things like unusual behavior or suspicious activities

• Should have the capacity to deal with vendor management

• Should have knowledge about ATM dispute management

• Should have strong knowledge about e-mail corresponding

• Daily ATM transaction monitoring.

• ATM Switch System Monitoring and maintenance.

• Responsible for ATM deployment.

• Provide ATMs First level maintenance support.

• Monitoring Cash position of all ATMs.

• Attend the phone calls for ATM related issues.

• Monitoring ATM booth CCTV functionality, security guard attendants, Air condition and other equipment?s functionality.

• Roster Duty (24/7).

Educational Requirements
Minimum B.Sc Engineering preferably CSE/ EEE and Computer Science from a reputed university having sound academic background

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)

• Banking/ Vendor experience with reputed Commercial Bank(s).

• Effective People Handling Skills

• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Role model Customer Service professional profile

• Time management
